No Audio From Computer After Installing NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS [RESOLVED!]

I installed an NVIDIA (EVGA) GeForce 8400 GS on an HP DC5800 computer, running Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit.  The purpose of the install was for dual monitor setup.  Apparently it’s more robust than I need it to be, because after I installed it, my integrated audio did not work (big red X over speaker icon).  This is because when you install the card’s driver, it also installs its own audio driver; ment for connecting to HD TV’s. Uninstalling the card’s audio driver then re-installing the integrated audio driver will not work.  You’ll have to go into your computer’s BIOS (F10 at boot for HP’s), navigate to the audio setting and re-enable it.
